Specializing in combustion thermal spray, electric arc, plasma and high velocity oxy fuel (HVOF), Wear Master features highly-trained professionals and the latest spray, robotic and finishing equipment. At Wear Master, we're committed to looking beyond the obvious for solutions to your toughest challenges. That's why Wear Master developed and patented the X-Gun System. Using this innovative method, a technician can apply thicker coatings in less time and at a lower cost than the conventional high velocity oxy fuel (HVOF) process.
This photo features our patented HVOF gun spraying a drilling tool with tungsten carbide. The result is increased spray rates and very high deposit efficiencies.

In addition, the technicians in Wear Master's state-of-the-art facility utilize robotic technology to ensure both accuracy and fine workmanship on every project they complete.
